no bad people so no one is indanger and everyone gets to start driving when they can see over the stearing wear. Also no laws like no drugs people like doing it because its illeagal but if it was legal people wouldn't do it as much because its not living on the edge when they can smoke weed because its legal.

I would wait for some one to call it and then ask them to tell the owner that i have it and to come and get it. Or if it was at school i would give it to the principal to anouce that the was a cell phone lost and it was at the office.
